Job Ivan Tezigatwa is a Ugandan art music composer, pianist, flautist, music educator, and choral director. His works have been performed internationally by ensembles such as the Stockholm Saxophone Quartet and premiered at platforms including the 6th Sterkfontein Composers Meeting in Cape town South Africa, Royal collegue of Music in Stock Sweden, and the Africa Institute of Music in Uganda.
As founder and Artistic Director of Klartmus-Ug, Job champions Ugandan art music composers. His creative collaborations span theatre, orchestral arrangements for leading Ugandan artists, and projects such as Cartoons from the Source of the Nile (2025), which celebrated East African culture through animated storytelling.
The music explores dialogue between tradition and modernity, offering a platform for expression and innovation in Ugandan art music.
